Business telephony for many sites

One telephone platform for the whole organisation

Dozens of sites and thousands of users work as one system, with central management, redundancy and integration with your business systems.

Built for organisations where the phones must never stop

Hospitals, critical infrastructure, the public sector and large companies: wherever communication is part of the core business.

Many sites, one system

All sites share the same numbering plan and internal calls, as if you were in the same building.

Redundancy

Backup components take over if something fails, so the system keeps running without interruption.

Central management

Change users, permissions and settings for every site from one place.

Mobility

With Rainbow, employees use their business number on computer and mobile.

An enterprise platform is not just for calls. We connect it to the systems specific to your industry, so information reaches the right person at the right moment.

Hotel systems

Rooms, reception, wake-up calls.

Hospital systems

Nurse call, DECT.

Microsoft Teams

Rainbow integration with Teams lets you make calls from Teams with your business number.

CTI integration

IVR as an external server, call recording (OmniPCX Record) and integration with CRM systems.

Questions and answers

Key terms, simply explained

Enterprise telephony has its own vocabulary. Here are the most important terms.

What does redundancy mean?

Redundancy means that key parts of the system exist twice. If one fails because of a fault, a power cut or a lost connection, the other takes over automatically, and users usually do not even notice.

What is high availability?

It is the goal of keeping the system running practically without interruption, 24 hours a day. It is achieved through redundancy, monitoring and planned maintenance, and it matters for hospitals, dispatch centres and other services that cannot be left without communication.

How are sites connected into one system?

Sites are connected over a computer network (WAN). The phone system then sees all users as part of the same company: the same numbering plan, free internal calls and call transfers between cities.

What is a numbering plan?

It is the rule for assigning internal numbers (extensions), for example 2xxx for Belgrade and 3xxx for Niš. A good numbering plan makes the system easier to use and to expand.

Can the system run in the cloud?

It can run on your premises, in the cloud or as a combination. On your premises means the equipment is in your server room; in the cloud means it runs in a data centre. We recommend an option based on your requirements for security, control and cost.

Does it work with Microsoft Teams?

Yes. With the Rainbow connector for Microsoft Teams, employees can make and receive business calls directly from Teams, through your telephone platform.

What is CTI?

CTI (computer telephony integration) connects the phone system with computer applications. Through CTI we add an advanced voice menu (IVR, interactive voice response) running as an external server, the OmniPCX Record call recorder and CRM systems, so that, for example, the caller's customer record appears as soon as the call comes in.

What is SLA support?

An SLA (service level agreement) is a contract that defines exact response and repair times. That way you know in advance how quickly we will react if something is not working.
